Bloom Policies
24-Hour Cancelation/Reschedule Policy: We kindly ask for all cancelations and reschedules to be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged 100% of all services booked. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance by both SMS and email, as well as a follow-up phone call 24 hours prior to the appointment for services still unconfirmed. A no-show will also result in a 100% charge of the services scheduled.
Late Policy: Please be courteous to your artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule or perform an abbreviated appointment.
Service Guarantee: All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Bloom. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Children: As a courtesy to all of our clients and for safety reasons, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Please make arrangements for childcare before your appointment. Bloom does not offer children prices. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for a consultation before the service can be performed.
Damage to Personal Belongings: We are not responsible to any damages to a salon client's personal belongings. We request that all salon guests that receive hair color change into a robe.
Parking: There are two public parking garages nearby with entrances on DeHart Street, Maple Avenue, and Bank Street. There is also meter parking on the street with a two hour limit. Bloom is not responsible for late meter tickets.
Accepted forms of Payment: Visa | Mastercard | Discover | American Express | Cash --There will be a 3.5% surcharge on all credit card transactions. All clients are required to keep a credit card on file to hold any appointments.
Gratuities: Bloom does not allow added gratuities with credit card payments. We have an ATM for your convenience.
Online Booking: Online booking is available for select services only. A credit card is required to make an appointment and it will be kept on file for future appointments. You may reschedule or cancel appointments online up to 24 hours before your appointment time. After that you must call the salon to make any modifications.
Product Exchange Policy: We are happy to exchange any retail products you purchased within 14 days of original sale.
Right to Refuse Service: Bloom reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
